# Quality RP Rules

* <mark style="color:yellow;">**ROLEPLAY OVER GUNPLAY!**</mark>
* <mark style="color:yellow;">**INTERACTIONS BEFORE GRINDING!**</mark> Grinding all day instead of interacting with others takes up a player slot for someone who would love to interact.
* Female whitelisted items are for <mark style="color:purple;">FEMALES ONLY</mark>.
* Act out your injuries after being treated by EMS, running, jumping, shooting etc. after being treated by EMS is unrealistic.
* During a car chase you can use the GTA jumps, just do not abuse them. &#x20;
* You **CAN** take an officer hostage.
* You **CAN** rob other players, but **MUST** have valid reasoning behind it.&#x20;
* <mark style="color:purple;">**Initiation time to be at least 30 seconds.**</mark>&#x20;
  * <mark style="color:purple;">**10 minute rule: If you have proper initiation in a scene and/or NO ONE is harmed,  you have 10 minutes until you have to re-initiate. (THIS DOES NOT MEAN KOS)**</mark>
  * &#x20;<mark style="color:purple;">**If the scene ends the 10 minutes ends.**</mark>
* If anyone tries to kidnap you, kindly cooperate with them. Failing to do so will be considered as FailRP.&#x20;
* Going AFK is your own risk, You cannot ask others to stop their scene just because you are about to go AFK.
* <mark style="background-color:blue;">“Locals” (NPC pedestrians) are to be treated as live individuals.</mark>&#x20;
* <mark style="background-color:blue;">**IF YOU ROB, KILL, ETC. BUT ARENT IN A GANG YOU ARE NOT CONSIDERED A CIVILIAN. YOU ARE CONISIDERED A CRIMINAL AND WILL BE TREATED AS SUCH. IF YOU ARE PRESSING/ROBBING/TRASH TALKING ETC. TO GANGS THEY HAVE ALL RIGHTS TO ROB/KIDNAP ETC. YOU!!**</mark>

**YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO:**

* <mark style="color:red;">**ROB SOMEONE THAT IS ON THEIR SIDE OR FLATBACKED IF YOU ARE A CIV/CRIM! THAT IS FOR FACTION VS FACTION ONLY!!!**</mark> &#x20;
* Initiate over twitter, phone calls, texts etc. (EX. seeing something on twitter, phone calls, texts etc. and confronting the person with a 30 second initiation is fine BUT having a 30 sec initiation on twitter, phone calls, texts etc. finding the person and KOS'ing them is not!)&#x20;
* Rob a friend when they are flatbacked to avoid them losing items if they are going to see the light.
* Talk while you are flatbacked.&#x20;
* Go AFK to avoid an interaction.&#x20;
* Lootbox.&#x20;
* Going into a house/garage etc. to avoid interaction.&#x20;
* Leave the hostage/person you robbed cuffed after you rob them.
* Identified someone by their voice alone, you must have another contributing factor combined with voice to ID someone. (such as hair, tattoos etc.)
* <mark style="color:red;">**ROB PD OR EMS!**</mark>
* Take **EMS** hostage.
* Impersonate/use emergency services. <mark style="background-color:blue;">IF IT SAYS "POLICE" GET OFF IT.</mark>&#x20;
* Steal emergency vehicles.
* Camp/stalk an area for revenge, this includes camping dead bodies.&#x20;
* Camp outside of Green Zones.&#x20;
* Use an item while cuffed/tied.
* Fake hostages. You must plan & execute robberies the correct way.
* Exploit client and/or server bugs.
* When in an active scene, disconnecting to avoid punishment (F8'ing).
* Spam punching, glitch roiling and speed boosting.
* Cop bait.
* Have someone revived by EMS to kidnap them/make them hostage.
* Roleplay sexual assault (such as non-consensual touching, rape, etc.)
* Suicide RP and Terrorism RP.&#x20;
* Force anyone to withdraw money from an ATM.&#x20;
* Share information between your own characters.
* Use aircrafts, they are to only used by EMS and PD.
* <mark style="background-color:blue;">Body dump, ocean dumping, locking bodies inside businesses or hiding them from EMS or PD.</mark>
* <mark style="background-color:blue;">Using Key-binds with hateful</mark> <mark style="background-color:blue;"></mark><mark style="background-color:blue;">**/do**</mark> <mark style="background-color:blue;"></mark><mark style="background-color:blue;">or</mark> <mark style="background-color:blue;"></mark><mark style="background-color:blue;">**/me**</mark> <mark style="background-color:blue;"></mark><mark style="background-color:blue;">to irritate another player!</mark>
* <mark style="background-color:blue;">You are not allowed to be in discord voice channels or twitch streams while you are inside the city.</mark>
* <mark style="background-color:blue;">Impersonate another faction or faction member.</mark>
* <mark style="background-color:blue;">Nude in public.</mark>&#x20;
